1. Scope of these conditions |
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any sale of items by Gleam me up to its customers through its online store. |
2. Orders |
2.1 Product quality: The range sold on Gleam me up is made up of articles from well-known brands. Gleam me up receives them directly from manufacturers or authorized retailers and guarantees their authenticity. |
2.2 Assortment available: Gleam me up takes care to update its site as quickly as possible, but it may happen that some items still displayed in the assortment are no longer available. – The items sold on Gleam me up are illustrated on the site by digital photographs. Gleam me up assumes no liability for minor visual differences between these illustrations and the actual item with regard to the properties of the items concerned. |

2.3 Purchasing conditions: The person placing the order will be informed of the receipt of an order on Gleam me up by means of an order confirmation. The sole purpose of this communication is to inform the person placing the order that his/her request is being processed. |

3. Prices and payment |
3.1 Prices: – The prices of the items offered for sale are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all relevant taxes (VAT). – Gleam me up reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. |
3.2 Payment methods for purchases on Gleam me up: Gleam me up accepts the following payment methods for purchases on the Gleam me up website: Debit and credit cards accepted ( Visa, Master Card ) |

3.3 Security: For each electronic payment, the data transmitted is encrypted and secured in accordance with the recommendations of our service providers, namely “SIX Payment Services” for credit cards, debit cards and TWINT. |

4. Delivery and receipt of ordered items |
4.1 Delivery: |
4.2 Receipt of goods: The customer is obliged to check the contents of the parcel on arrival. |

5. Warranty for defects |
5.1 Defects in the item purchased: – The items offered by Gleam me up meet the high quality standards expected of the respective brands. – If an item purchased from Gleam me up still has a defect in the legal sense (i.e. a deviation due either to a manufacturing fault or to a transport or storage incident), Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. |
5.2 Procedure in the event of a defect: In the event of a complaint due to a defect as defined above, the following procedure must be followed: – The customer is legally obliged to inspect the purchased item immediately after purchase. All defects must be reported to Gleam me up immediately upon discovery. Otherwise, the article is deemed to have been accepted in its current state. – When returning the defective item to Gleam me up, the proof of purchase provided at the time of purchase must be presented. – If a defect (in the legal sense mentioned above) is found, it will be repaired in accordance with the legal provisions (refund of the purchase price or reduction of the price, depending on the circumstances). Any return of goods to Gleam me up must be made in accordance with the procedure described in point 6.4 RETURN CONDITIONS. – In situations in which a defect is not initially objectively recognizable, the right to warranty may be invoked up to two years after purchase of the defective item – provided that the procedure described above (in particular immediate notification of the defect to Gleam me up immediately according to its determination) is strictly adhered to. |

6. Article return |
6.1 Principle: – The return of items purchased from Gleam me up is possible in the cases provided for by law (see point 5 above). |
6.2 Time limit: Items can only be returned up to the 14th day after the invoice date. |

6.3 Return conditions: Regardless of the reason for the return, it is only permitted under the conditions listed below. |

6.4 Return exceptions: – Perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned. |

6.5 Exchange or refund: If the above return conditions are met at Gleam me up’s discretion, any returned item purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at the customer’s request. – The refund will be made using the same means of payment that the customer used to place the order. |

7. Personal data protection |
7.1 Compliance with all applicable legal provisions: Gleam me up strictly complies with applicable legislation on the protection of customer privacy as well as with the code of conduct for distance selling of the Swiss Mail Order Association (VSV). |
7.2 Internal procedures: – In order to use certain services offered by Gleam me up, in particular to make a first purchase on Gleam me up, the customer must create an account, which can be modified or deleted at any time. Personal information must be provided accurately and truthfully. -Gleam me up does not pass on customer data to third parties, with the exception of service providers who assist in the processing of online sales or who carry out statistical analyses for Brunschwig. Service providers may be required to process or consult customers’ personal data in the course of their activities. For each of these service providers, the information transmitted may only be used to carry out the tasks mandated by Gleam me up, namely the processing of orders or payments as well as deliveries, solvency checks or statistical analyses. These service providers are themselves subject to legislation on the protection of personal data. |

8. Applicable law |
These terms and conditions and any proceedings or transactions arising therefrom shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. |
