Order

Yes, it is possible to pack your order. All you need to do is complete all the steps in the order process. There is an additional charge of CHF 8.00.

No, you don’t have to have a customer account with us to order.

We regret this. This is due to one of the two cases below: Wrong e-mail address or the order has not been finalized correctly. Please also check your spam folder. Don’t hesitate to contact us either by e-mail or by phone during our opening hours.

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders by telephone or e-mail. All orders must be placed via our website.

Hygiene and products

To choose the right masturbator, you can base your choice on the following criteria: texture, vibration-suction-pulsed air, heat, orifice.

It’s important to clean your toy after each use and store it properly, to keep it free of bacteria.

We equip our products with a hygiene seal (Gleameup.com labels) which certifies that the item is brand new and unopened. If the seal is removed or damaged, we will unfortunately be unable to accept the return of the product.

Delivery and shipping

On your customer account, you can access your order history: 4 solutions are available: pending, processing, on hold, cancelled. After each completed order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a postal tracking number.

All our deliveries are made by La Poste or DHL.

Delivery times are approximate (2 to 4 days). They start as soon as you receive an email informing you that the order has been shipped.

At the end of the year (November 23rd to December 31st) or during special promotions (e.g. sales), delivery times may occasionally be extended due to heavy carrier activity.

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and throughout the delivery process, you can track it in real time on the La Poste website.

The tracking number of your parcel will be sent to you by email.
